Economic Analysis of the Power that Transferred to the Government to Manage the Pandemic
Represented working paper analyzes the changes made to the Public Health Law as a source of uncertainty and its impact of on the incentives of economic agents. The first part of the article includes a review of theoretical and empirical literature related to uncertainty in economics, and the second part – changes in legislation, peculiarities of enforcement and expected economic consequences.
